Job summary

Farm Fresh Berhad in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Clerk to manage shipments, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery of products and materials. The role involves handling shipping documents, import/export operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma holders in any field are suitable. The candidate should be organized, able to work under pressure, and possess good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; preferably with logistics/supply chain or clerical background.
• Able to work under pressure; start immediately or on short notice.
• Organized, independent and result-oriented.
• Good written and spoken English."Knowledge in import shipment and customs processes".

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment of all products, materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, production and maintenance departments.
• Track, trace and update the status of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate log sheets of important arrangements.
• Provide backup support for shipping departments.
• Handle full set of shipping documents and coordinate import/export shipping operations to ensure timely shipments.
• Coordinate with forwarders on shipping documents and with shipping agencies for customs issues.
• Archive shipping documents for easy retrieval.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor.
