Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Assistant to monitor and update POD status for completed deliveries and to collect, verify and store POD documents from drivers and transporters.

You will ensure PODs are complete and submitted on time, follow up on missing items, and update delivery data in the logistics system. Fresh graduates welcome; diploma in logistics preferred; Excel skills valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update POD status for completed deliveries.
• Collect, verify, scan, and maintain POD documents from drivers and transporters.
• Ensure PODs are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline.
• Follow up with drivers, transporters, and customers regarding missing or incomplete PODs.
• Update delivery and POD information accurately in the logistics system.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams on POD-related matters.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly POD status reports.
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
