You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in every dispatch while maintaining notes and records for traceability. You will also manage invoicing, packing lists and delivery documents, and coordinate with drivers or partners to ensure smooth local deliveries.

• Order items from stock based on customer orders.
• Verify item numbers and quantities align with orders.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists and delivery documents.
• Coordinate local deliveries and hand over papers for signature.
