Job summary

1 Doc Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse and logistics assistant in Selangor. The role supports receiving, stock control, order fulfilment and on-road delivery tasks while working closely with a driver to ensure timely customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate has SPM/Certificate/Diploma, 1–2 years in logistics or transportation, and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and the team values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or transportation is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid GDL license will be an advantage.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle warehouse and transportation tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the warehouse is organized and clean.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Accompany the truck driver to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
• Verify the condition and quantity of goods during pickup and delivery.
• Provide regular reports to management on warehouse and transportation activities.
