Packers Xpress Sdn Bhd is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator in Shah Alam to manage day-to-day logistics for moving services. You will act as the central link between sales, drivers, manpower, suppliers, warehouses and service providers to ensure every confirmed job has the necessary resources arranged before moving dates.

The role requires coordinating schedules, fleet assignments, stock control and timely communications to avoid conflicts, with responsibilities spanning

• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with drivers, sales, vendors and management.
• Proactive planning and scheduling to prevent conflicts.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate the daily and upcoming moving job schedule.
• Assign lorries, drivers and manpower based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with outsourced manpower, transporters and contractors when needed.
• Review upcoming jobs for manpower, fleet or scheduling conflicts.
• Update management on job status and operational issues.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, PUSPAKOM inspections and maintenance schedules.
• Record stock movement and coordinate packing-material inventory.
• Arrange hotel/accommodation and logistics for outstation jobs.
• Handle packing material purchasing and sales coordination.
• Maintain accurate operational records, schedules and reports.
