Job summary

Global Carry Logistics SDN BHD is seeking an organized Truck Coordinator to manage daily freight movements in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor. You will dispatch drivers, plan routes, track deliveries, and handle transportation documentation to ensure timely operations.

The role requires knowledge of GPS tracking, Excel, and strong communication. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance and serve as the main contact for drivers on routes and issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or truck dispatching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with GPS tracking or fleet management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily truck routes and assign trips efficiently to drivers.
• Monitor truck locations through GPS tracking systems and provide updates on delivery status.
• Collect, verify, and process transport documents including Delivery Orders (DO), Customs Forms, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections such as Puspakom.
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers regarding routes, allowances, and operational issues.
• Resolve transportation challenges including breakdowns, route disruptions, and delivery disputes.
