Job summary

NETZERO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Kulim, Kedah seeks a detail‑oriented Logistics/Export Documentation Officer to prepare pre‑shipment papers and ensure on‑time dispatch for international buyers.

You will enter data into SAP, coordinate with warehouse, forwarders, and finance, and uphold OHSA compliance while maintaining store discipline and stock security. Candidates should have 1–3+ years’ experience in export docs or freight forwarding and hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics or related

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on export documentation or freight forwarding.
• Strong time management, teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and share pre-shipment documents within strict deadlines.
• Process final documents and dispatch originals to international buyers promptly after vessel sails.
• Enter shipping data, container numbers and tracking in SAP in real time.
• Ensure FG trolleys and store are in good condition; maintain warehouse security.
• Comply with OHSA and ensure forklift safety and maintenance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, freight forwarders, and liners to maintain flow.

Job description

Preparing and sharing pre-shipment documents within strict internal deadlines so cargo loading is never delayed.

Processing final documents and dispatching original sets to international buyers immediately after the vessel sails to prevent clearing delays at the destination port.

Productivity

Rapidly fixing any documentation errors flagged by forwarding agent or shipping lines.

Ensuring 100% accurate and real-time entry of shipping data, container numbers, and tracking statuses into SAP system.

Ensure the FG trolleys are good condition for FG transports.

Ensuring that the store is clean and orderly.

Responsible for the security of the stock and the warehouse.

Comply to warehouse OHSA rules.

Ensure the Forklift condition is meeting PGF safety specification.

Quality

Maintaining high efficiency and seamless updates between internal teams (warehouse & finance) and external partners (freight forwarders & liners).

Cost

Ensuring zero container delays, port storage fees (demurrage) or container usage fees (detention) caused by missing, late or incorrect documentation.

Morale

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

To support other team members whenever required.

Person Specifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International

Business or related fields.

1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in export documentation or freight forwarding.

Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
