Job summary

Based in Kuantan, Malaysia, this role handles end-to-end air and sea freight operations for export and import shipments, coordinating with airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to deliver service excellence.

You will prepare and verify shipping documentation, monitor shipment status, and support billing, costing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air and sea freight operations for export and import shipments.
• Lead air freight coordination - bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate with customers (shippers and consignees) to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with customs, airline, and port regulations.
• Support billing, costing, and job closing activities.
• Maintain proper records, files, and assist in internal/external reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
