Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to join Angeion International Sdn. Bhd., based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing and optimising our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the strategic objectives of our logistics division. Key responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely delivery

Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and order fulfilment

Oversee the organization and optimization of warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and efficiency

Prepare and maintain documentation, including shipment records, inventory reports, and delivery confirmations

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational performance

Support the planning and execution of distribution schedules to meet customer requirements

Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility

Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance

Analyse logistics data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience of 2-4 years working in warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency with logistics software

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Sound understanding of inventory management principles and best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimisation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements

Preferred experience with customs clearance, import-export procedures, or international logistics would be advantageous
