Job summary

NOIR HEALTH & BEAUTY SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a Senior Logistic Executive to oversee daily logistics, optimise the SiteGiant system, and ensure cost-efficient, compliant movement of goods across the supply chain.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics or warehouse management, experience with warehouse management systems, and a diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse management systems or similar software platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and distribution operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and shipment coordination.
• Manage and optimise SiteGiant system to track, monitor, and report on all logistics activities and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Plan and manage logistics routes to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
• Supervise and mentor logistics team members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimise stock discrepancies and wastage.
• Prepare and analyse logistics reports, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse and distribution environment.
• Manage logistics budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with wider business objectives.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistic Executive to join our team at our Petaling Jaya, Selangor location on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing and optimising our logistics operations using the Sitegiant system. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods throughout our supply chain, whilst maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards. This position is integral to supporting our business growth and maintaining our commitment to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Familiar with SiteGiant system is an added advantage

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations

Proven experience managing logistics operations using warehouse management systems or similar software platforms

Strong knowledge of inventory management, distribution, and supply chain best practices

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software

Familiarity with the Sitegiant system is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

A valid driving licence is advantageous

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

Knowledge of health and beauty industry supply chains is a plus
