Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, BA or related field.
• 2–4 years of warehousing, distribution, or logistics operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics software.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Sound inventory management understanding.
• Analytical/problem-solving and process improvement focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a team across departments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Experience with customs clearance or international logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching) for timely delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits for accuracy.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure order fulfilment.
• Oversee warehouse space organization to maximize capacity and efficiency.
• Prepare shipment records, inventory reports, and delivery confirmations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Support planning and execution of distribution schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental regs within the warehouse.
• Assist training and supervision of warehouse staff.
• Analyse logistics data and generate reports for decision-making.
