Job summary

TRIOLOGY INTEGRATED SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate local and international shipments and manage essential logistics documentation.

You will liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics, familiar with import/export processes, and proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with import/export shipments is a plus.
• Familiar with shipping documents and customs procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments by air, sea, courier, and local transportation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo transit.
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, and other supporting documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETD/ETA, vessel or flight status, customs clearance and final delivery.
• Coordinate transshipment cargo movement between multiple countries and ports.
• Prepare and verify all transshipment documentation and customs requirements.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, sales teams, warehouses and freight forwarders regarding shipment arrangements.
• Handle shipment discrepancies, claims, and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment tracking reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience dealing with freight forwarders and couriers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipment schedules, ETD/ETA, vessel or flight status, customs clearance and final delivery.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping procedures.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience handling import/export shipments is an added advantage.
• Familiar with shipping documents and customs procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates (preferred).
