Job summary

Ultra Green Supplies is seeking a Logistics Executive in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur to optimize daily delivery planning, routing and coordination. You will work with Sales, Warehouse and Operations to improve delivery efficiency and reporting.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in SCM or related field, 2–4 years in logistics planning, and strong ERP and data-analysis skills. Mandarin is a plus in dealings with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of logistics planning or coordination experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus due to customer communication.
• Experience with ERP and logistics software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily delivery schedules, routes and vehicle allocation.
• Coordinate SO delivery priorities, cut-off times and urgent deliveries.
• Monitor delivery completion, POD return and delivery status.
• Track vehicle utilization, delivery performance and logistics KPIs.
• Identify delivery delays, route issues and bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Communicate with Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service and Head of Operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and analyses.
• Support improvement of logistics SOPs, workflows and efficiency.
• Assist in improving delivery planning and route optimization.

About the role We are seeking a Logistics Executive to join ULTRA GREEN SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. in our Kepong Kuala Lumpur facility to optimize daily delivery planning, routing and logistics coordination. The role will coordinate logistics operations and work closely with the Sales Team, Warehouse and Head of Operations to improve delivery efficiency, vehicle utilization, service performance and operational reporting.

What you'll be doing

Planning and optimize daily delivery schedules, routes and vehicle allocation.

Coordinate Sales Order (SO) delivery priorities, cut-off times and urgent deliveries.

Monitor delivery completion, POD (Proof of Delivery) return and delivery status.

Track vehicle utilization, delivery performance and logistics KPIs.

Identify delivery delays, route issues and operational bottlenecks, and propose solutions.

Communicate and coordinate closely with Sales Team, Warehouse, Customer Service and Head of Operations.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and performance analysis.

Support continuous improvement of logistics SOP, workflow and operational efficiency.

Assist in improving delivery planning, route optimization and logistics processes.

What we're looking for

A valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence) is an added advantage, with preference given to candidates who possess one.

Mandarin-speaking ability is highly preferred due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in logistics planning, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.

Strong proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and logistics management software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise complex logistics networks.

Sound knowledge of inventory management principles and demand forecasting techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and performance tracking.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production processes.

Preferred experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Knowledge of lean supply chain principles and continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous.

Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
