Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Planner to plan and coordinate delivery schedules, liaising with transporters and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent, at least 3 years in logistics planning, strong planning and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Mandarin speakers preferred for client interaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Liaise with transporters and internal teams to align logistics operation to ensure works efficiency.

Optimize the delivery costing.

Analyse logistics data and make improvement in the area needed.

Ensure all deliveries to customers comply with company standards.

Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or lorry breakdown.

Use of ERP Software to manage shipment tracking and inventory.

To ensure good communication and effective delivery of goods.

Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time which relevant to logistic issue.

Job Requirement.

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

At least 3 year of experience in logistics planning or related roles.

Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good communication and coordination skill.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Applicant is willing to work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
