Job summary

Fresh Life Style Cold Chain Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang is seeking a logistics-focused customer service professional to handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on requests.

You will coordinate deliveries, liaise with transporters and suppliers, support warehouse stock counts, and assist with stock transfers and discrepancies. Ad hoc duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on quotations and customer requests.
• Coordinate deliveries by arranging transport, planning schedules, tracking shipment status, and resolving delivery issues.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, freight forwarders, shipping agents, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support warehouse operations by conducting stock counts, verifying inventory accuracy, coordinating stock transfers, and investigating stock discrepancies.
• Ad Hoc Duties: perform any duties assigned by management.
