Job summary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Handle shipping documents (BL/AWB), customs coordination, and status updates.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents on ETD/ETA.
- Keep customers updated proactively and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and meet service timelines.

You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers coordinating shipments from booking to delivery, handling documentation, and keeping clients updated. We have clear SOPs and full training, so whether you’re starting your career or already have a couple of years in the field, we’ll set you up to succeed.
- Coordinate customer shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Handle shipping documents (BL/AWB), customs coordination, and shipment status updates
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents on ETD/ETA and follow-ups
- Keep customers updated proactively and resolve issues before they eliminate
