Job summary

Meritar Supply Chain Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Logistics Documentation Clerk (Shift) at Proton City, Tanjung Malim, Perak. The role focuses on recording, checking and compiling all goods-movement documents accurately and on time within our warehouse team.

Candidates should have SPM or equivalent, at least one year in a warehouse or logistics role, and good Bahasa Malaysia and English. Experience with WMS/ERP is a plus; be prepared for rotating day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics/clerical experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Accurate, organized and able to work independently; willing to rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Record and compile all incoming (DI) and outgoing (DO) documents in Excel and the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Check documents against the physical goods and report any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare, stamp and file goods-movement documents such as packing lists, invoices and delivery documents.
• Prepare daily document and data summary reports.
• Keep all records organized for easy retrieval and audit.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and planning teams on document-related issues.
