Job summary

MERITAR SUPPLY CHAIN MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to run one operating line on a 12-hour rotating day/night shift. You will lead the floor team, ensure on-time and accurate orders, and report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing/logistics, 1+ year in a supervisory role, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu with basic English. Shift work, six days a week, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehousing/logistics operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Familiar with receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu; basic English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the line team during the shift.
• Conduct shift briefing and end-of-shift handovers.
• Ensure goods are received, repacked, stored, picked and dispatched per SOP.
• Record transactions in the WMS with PDA/barcode scans.
• Check quantities and report discrepancies, damages, shortages.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and other lines to prevent delays.
• Prepare and submit shift reports.
• Enforce 5S, safety, and forklift practices on the line.
