Job summary

ResMed Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the night shift in Senai, Johor. You will support warehousing and distribution activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate movements to meet delivery schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and at least 2 years in warehouse/logistics. ERP/WMS experience is preferred. Night shift 8:00 PM–6:00 AM MYT, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution.
• Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to company procedures.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as sorting, stacking, picking, packing, and product issuance.
• Manage work order picking, product transfers, and movement processing.
• Ensure items are packaged correctly following specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and document stock movements properly.
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate import and export activities ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist in distribution planning to meet delivery schedules and resolve transport issues.
• Provide clerical and operational support in warehouse and logistics functions.
• Promote safety compliance and maintain an organized, secure working environment.
