Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics operations, transport coordination, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.
• Experience with waste collection or hazardous materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in arranging trucks for waste collection and coordinating schedules.
• Communicate with agents, transporters, and customers in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Prepare customs declaration documents and monitor collection timelines.
• Prepare monthly collection monitoring reports and ensure timely submission.
