Job summary

Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is looking for an Experienced Customer Support Officer on a 1 year contract. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting accounts, and providing technical and product guidance to ensure seamless transactions.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a relevant diploma/degree, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of job-related experience and technical or vocational training is required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers.
• Assist with account management and transaction processing to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and support related to customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in line with agreements and established processes.
• Provide assistance and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
