Job summary

Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking an Experienced Customer Support Officer on a 1-year contract to manage relationships with customers and support account operations. You will handle inquiries, process transactions, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field, have 1–3 years in logistics or operations, strong data accuracy, and proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication; professional interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
