Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a dedicated logistics coordinator to liaise with customers for bookings and act as the single point of contact. You will monitor cargo movement locally and across borders, plan bookings with our fleet or vendors, and assist with customs declarations and shipment documentation.

You will keep customers updated on movement, resolve issues, and prepare KPIs and reports while ensuring daily communication via email and phone in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers for order bookings and act as single point of contact.
• Monitor cargo movement locally and cross-border.
• Plan bookings by arranging trucks with own fleet or vendors.
• Assist with customs declarations and shipment documentation.
• Update customers regularly on movement and resolve issues.
• Input data into Transport Management System and compile shipment reports.
