Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Penang is seeking a Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, coordinate with Operations, and communicate status updates to customers. You will handle inquiries, provide quotes, and look for up-selling opportunities while helping build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, or are fresh graduates, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills to deliver

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
Process booking orders and coordinate shipment handovers to Operations.
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates and exceptions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and feedback professionally.
Provide spot quotations and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships and support customer retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and service excellence.
Support sustainability initiatives and customer requests related to Go Green programs.
