Job summary

Merit Medical Systems in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to manage orders, invoicing, and stock coordination across supply chain and logistics functions.

You will work with sales, service providers and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping, accurate master data, and compliance on import/export documentation, with ERP systems such as Oracle.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong English, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Business or Marketing.
• 2–3 years in supply chain & logistics operations.
• Healthcare/medical device experience a plus.
• ERP experience required, Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate order taking, invoicing and handling credit notes.
• Daily communication with customers and sales regarding order status and inventory.
• Liaise with service providers and warehouse for logistics execution.
• Prepare import/export documentation and logistics execution.
• Maintain master data creation and updates (customer/item master/price list).
• Work cross-functionally on stock management & optimization.
