Job summary

Minegroup, located in Klang, Malaysia, is seeking a Customer Service representative for its Logistics department. The successful candidate will ensure customer orders are processed timely and manage shipments effectively.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, possess good communication skills, and ideally speak Mandarin. Benefits include EPF, SOCSO, and medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer’s orders are processed and replied in a timely manner.
• Manage bookings/shipments including other modes of transport.
• Prepare all import/export shipment documents.
