Job summary

You will manage shipment coordination, documentation, inquiries, and follow-ups from booking through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related industry.
• Experience in contract logistics / warehousing will be an added advantage.
• Resilient, tenacious and persistent.
• Self-motivated and performance driven.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with internal operations, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs agents, and overseas partners to ensure shipments are handled smoothly and customer requirements are met.
• Manage shipment coordination, documentation, customer enquiries, and operational follow-ups from booking through delivery.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs agents, overseas agents, and internal operations teams.
• Prepare, check, and maintain accurate freight forwarding documentation (Packing List, B/L, AWB, SI, DO, PO, COO, customs declarations, permits).
• Monitor shipment schedules from booking to final delivery and follow up on any outstanding requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and shipment-related issues with timely solutions and professional coordination.
• Maintain records of customer correspondence, shipment details, bookings, quotations, invoices, and related documents for traceability.
