Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator in Johor to manage documentation for customs declarations and coordinate export/import activities. You will liaise with brokers and warehouses to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on customs clearance experience, Excel proficiency, and good English. 2+ years in logistics is preferred; opportunities exist to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with customs clearance and CIQ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (and Office suite).
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with related departments to prepare documents for customs declarations.
• Apply for customs register, close E-Logbook and other import licenses.
• Arrange shipment of exporting products.
• Prepare payments, duties, and other customs filings.
• Process control and data maintenance in systems.
• Coordinate with brokers and warehouses for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to HSE procedures within responsibilities.
• Contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
