Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Logistic Executive for the construction sector in Malaysia. The role focuses on logistics coordination, shipment planning, import/export documentation, and customs clearance for domestic and international shipments.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in logistics or related field and 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export or supply chain coordination.
Experience with shipment coordination, freight forwarders, shipping documentation and logistics arrangements.
Familiar with import/export processes, customs clearance procedures and related documentation.
Good coordination, follow-up and communication with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments and monitor schedules.
Import & Customs Clearance: Assist with import documentation and customs clearance processes.
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination: Coordinate warehouse receiving and delivery with teams.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain shipping documents and compliance records.
Communication: Update vendors and internal teams on shipment status and issues.
Problem-solving: Resolve delivery or supply chain issues and escalate risks.
