AGENSI PEKERJAAN MVC RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Logistics Assistant Manager for Negeri Sembilan to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations and support end-to-end supply chains.

The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound activities, improving processes, and ensuring accurate inventory control. Applicants should have strong communication with multiple stakeholders, knowledge of import/export procedures, and hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics or related field.
• Experience with import/export operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse and logistics end-to-end.
• Familiar with customs procedures and shipping documents.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken).

Job description

Logistics Assistant Manager (Negeri Sembilan)

Oversee and support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound distribution

Ensure smooth execution of import and export activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers

Manage end-to-end logistics flow from suppliers (local and overseas) to warehouse, and from warehouse to customers or intercompany locations

Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper control of stock movement through WMS/ERP systems

Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout, processes, and logistics efficiency

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and company policies

Lead, supervise, and support warehouse team operations, ensuring productivity and discipline

Support month-end stock count activities, including occasional weekend work when required

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

Open to candidates from manufacturing background

Preferably experienced in handling import and export operations

Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations end-to-end

Familiar with customs procedures, freight forwarding processes, and shipping documentation

Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems is an advantage

Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders

Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken) is required for liaising with suppliers and stakeholder
