Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to join our logistics operations in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The role involves receiving, assembling, and preparing products for delivery, ensuring adherence to lead times and quality standards.

You will lead a team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless process flow. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required; a forklift license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehousing and logistics experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) & SAP.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficient in English.
• Forklift license would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, handling, uncrating/unboxing large product in preparation for assembly.
• Assembly of customer’s finished product at customer premises on time to contractual lead times and schedule.
• Accurate placement of product using specialist measuring equipment.
• Assembly and fitment of intricate sub-assemblies.
• Fitment and routing of cables.
• Testing and verification of finished product.
• Packing, handling, dispatch of return materials and packaging.
• Use of IT applications to plan and execute work and update completion of tasks.
• Communication of schedule and related tasks to colleagues and customers up and down stream to ensure seamless process flow.
• Provide training and coaching to new and less experienced colleagues and temp workers.
• Supervision and guidance to workers to always ensure safety and best practice.

Job Requirements

• This position requires minimum 5-years of relevant work experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive results effectively.
• Possess knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) & SAP.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Proficient in English.
• Forklift license would be an advantage.
