Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to manage import/export procedures, coordinate shipments, and ensure regulatory compliance in Malaysia. The role involves liaising with 3PLs, brokers, carriers and suppliers to sustain service quality and contract adherence.
You will oversee warehousing, inventory control, and cost reporting while driving process improvements and timely responses to customer inquiries across departments.

Support import/export customs procedures, prepare and review customs documents, and ensure compliance with Malaysian customs and related regulatory requirements.
Coordinate sea, air, and land transportation arrangements; follow up on shipments, track cargo, and monitor arrival at port/warehouse.
Manage daily communications with third-party logistics (3PL), customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers; maintain contracts and service quality.
Oversee warehousing and inventory management; ensure accurate goods receipt and dispatch records, participate in stock counts, and report discrepancies.
Handle transport and customs-related costs, invoices, and reconciliations; assist with cost control and report preparation.
Identify and drive process improvements (e.g., customs clearance timeliness, transportation costs, and compliance); support cross-departmental project execution.
Assist in handling logistics inquiries and complaints from customers and internal teams; ensure timely responses and issue closure.
Stay updated on Malaysian import/export laws, tariffs, and permit requirements to ensure company compliance.
