Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations in Malaysia. You will coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and ensure timely customs clearance while controlling costs and budgets.

The role requires leadership and strong problem-solving skills to drive efficient daily operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall logistics and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate shipments, inventory control, import/export activities, and customs clearance.
• Monitor and control logistics costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the logistics team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customs procedures.
• Handle matters related to LMW, SST, MIDA, COO, MITI, Customs, and other relevant government agencies.
• Manage import and export documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics or delivery issues when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and customs documentation.
