Responsibilities

• Create pick lists based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Execute SAP picking transactions and related warehouse activities.
• Coordinate picking with Warehouse Leaders to ensure timely order preparation.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and confirm delivery schedules with customers.
• Prepare COA documentation with QC team before shipment.
• Update Excel reports for daily orders, deliveries, and inventory movement.
• Monitor order status to ensure shipments meet schedules.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices, ensuring documents are complete.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely order updates.
