Job summary

SE ACTIVE Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated student or graduate to assist in daily delivery scheduling and coordination with Technicians, warehouses and customers. You will help manage delivery dates, time slots and customer requirements, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities include preparing delivery documents, updating tracking systems, and following up on pre- and post-delivery activities.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to follow up on tasks and work within deadlines.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily delivery scheduling and arrangement with Technician, warehouse and customers.
Coordinate and follow up on delivery dates, time slots and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain delivery documents, DOs, checklists and related records.
Update the delivery tracking schedule/system and ensure information is kept accurate.
Assist with pre-delivery and post-delivery follow-ups.
Monitor and follow up on signed DOs and delivery documents.
Maintain proper filing of delivery and collection records
