Job summary

ScienceVision Sdn Bhd invites a motivated Admin & Logistics Intern to support daily logistics operations at Setia Alam. You will assist with receiving, storing, packing, and documentation, helping ensure accurate records and smooth shipments.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in logistics or related fields, with basic Excel/Word skills and strong attention to detail. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required, and the internship runs from July to December 2026.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willing to learn and able to work in a team environment.
Well command in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Assist Logistics staff in day-to-day operational activities, including receiving, storing, packing, unpacking, and handling shipments.
Support warehouse operations to ensure proper handling and storage of goods per procedures.
Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
Prepare and organize logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment records.
Assist in stock checks and inventory verification.
Ensure proper labeling and organization of products within the warehouse.
Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
