You will support loading checks against Delivery Orders, liaise with schedulers, maintain documentation, input fuel data, and assist with stocktakes and dispatch.

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Detail-oriented and responsible when checking goods and handling documentation.
• Able to communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify goods loaded onto lorries against the Delivery Order (DO) for quantity and accuracy.
• Liaise with the logistics scheduler to assign goods to the correct lorry for delivery.
• Record and monitor loading activities and maintain documentation for tracking purposes.
• Input fuel data and maintain daily lorry records, including idling hours and costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to support accurate and timely dispatch.
• Assist in preparing delivery records, stock reports, and basic logistics documentation.
• Support monthly stocktake and warehouse organisation as required.
• Assist with other logistics and operational tasks as assigned.
