Job summary

TTS Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to manage shipments and ensure timely deliveries. The role requires coordinating with clients, carriers, and customs, plus preparing shipping documents.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in freight forwarding or logistics, strong communication, and proficiency in logistics software and MS Office. This is a full-time on-site position offering EPF, SOCSO, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies to arrange transportation.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on their status.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
