Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Accounts Payable Operations Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will manage accounts payable transactions, keep accurate financial records, reconcile supplier accounts, and liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors to ensure smooth payment operations.

Working hours are 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and maintain strict

Logistics Accounts Payable Operations Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking)

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Accounts Payable Operations Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will manage accounts payable transactions, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile supplier accounts, and communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors to ensure smooth and efficient payment operations.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment preparation.

Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices and payment documentation in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements.

Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and logistics partners to resolve payment discrepancies and billing inquiries.

Reconcile supplier statements and accounts payable records to ensure accuracy.

Prepare and distribute payment reports and financial documentation to relevant stakeholders.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.

Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors and partners to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential for vendor communication and documentation review.

Proven experience in accounts payable operations, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.

Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures, vendor management, and payment processing.

Experience with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

High integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

A qualification in accounting, finance, or business administration is an advantage.
