Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Accounts Payable Operations Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will manage accounts payable transactions, keep accurate financial records, reconcile supplier accounts, and liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors to ensure smooth payment operations.

Working hours are 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and maintain strict

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Experience in accounts payable operations, preferably in logistics.
• Knowledge of invoicing, vendor management, and payment processing.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions including invoice verification and payment preparation.
• Maintain vendor invoices and payment documentation in accordance with procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and payments to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors to facilitate clear communication.
