Teleperformance Malaysia is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who speaks English to handle customer calls, identify needs, and propose solutions across products and services. The role emphasizes consultative selling, problem resolution, and achieving sales-related metrics in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, is locally based in Malaysia, and has 1 year of sales or telesales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Open to Local Malaysian.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/telesales experience preferred.
• Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
• Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
• Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
• Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
• Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Open to working in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
