Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics supervisor in Kuching to plan and supervise the distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of documents. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, drivers, vendors, and customers, plus assisting with loading, unloading and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and must have valid driving licenses (Class E and GDL).

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in logistics or related field.
• Must possess Driving License Class E and Goods Delivery License (GDL).
• Basic knowledge in logistics, cold chain practice and fleet management.
• Computer literate and able to operate basic digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise distribution to ensure on-time delivery to correct locations.
• Check goods, verify and update logistics documents.
• Coordinate with departments, drivers, vendors and customers.
• Support loading, unloading and delivery operations as needed.
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities: To supervise in planning and distribution of goods to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time; to perform goods checking, verification, and update related logistic documentation; to coordinate with various departments, drivers, vendors & customers ; to support loading, unloading and delivery operation when required; and to handle administrative & clerical work.

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree with 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
• Possess driving license Class E and Goods Delivery License (GDL).
• Basic knowledge in logistic, cold chain practice and fleet management. Experience in logistic is an advantage.
• Computer literate and basic digital system operational skills.
• Able to handle administrative and clerical tasks.
• Highly motivated, independent and an effective team player.
