Job summary

DEER TILES SDN.BHD. is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator in Malaysia to manage import/export activities and coordinate shipments with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining detailed records. You will liaise with customs authorities and monitor timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Min 2–3 years in logistics/supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, customs, warehouse and transport.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication (Mandarin an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import & export shipments with internal teams, transporters, and forwarders.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaise with Customs, MIDA, MITI, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Evaluate and manage freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
