Job summary

Responsibilities

• Negotiate freight schedules, manage carrier performance, and dispatch local and long-haul transport.
• Serve as logistics liaison on the digital B2B client platform, process and track outbound orders.
• Prepare and audit bills of lading, shipping manifests, delivery orders, export documentation, and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and QC to manage FIFO stock and accuracy.

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to oversee outgoing finished goods. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, engagement of transport, and handle carrier dispatch to keep our good deliveries running at peak efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily outbound shipments for consumer to regional distribution centers and distributors and export shipment.

Negotiate freight schedules, manage carrier performance, and dispatch local and long-haul transport.

Serve as the primary logistics liaison on our digital B2B client platform. Process, validate, and track outbound customer orders.

Prepare and audit bills of lading (BOL), shipping manifests, delivery orders, export documentation, and customs paperwork.

Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and Quality Control (QC) teams to manage stocks FIFO and stock accuracy.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or equivalent
