Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including international movements.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and customs brokers to book, clear and deliver shipments, while tracking progress and updating stakeholders. The role emphasizes documentation, compliance and cost control, with a focus on SST regulations and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics experience.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, domestic and international.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and customs brokers for booking, clearance and delivery.

Job description

Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments — domestic and international. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers for booking, clearance, and delivery. Track shipments and update stakeholders.

Prepare and verify shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, customs forms. Ensure compliance with regulations, SST, and company SOPs. Maintain accurate records and monthly reports.

Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, production, and sales teams. Monitor freight costs and support cost-saving initiatives. Handle traceability for materials and products; update logistics masterlists and schedules.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field. 5+ years logistics experience. Strong documentation & compliance knowledge. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Independent problem-solver.
