Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to support end-to-end logistics, inventory control, and distributor management within a regulated industry. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product distribution, stock integrity, and service excellence.

The role requires a degree in Supply Chain or related field, experience in logistics and ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in logistics, distribution operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of importation processes, customs clearance procedures, and distributor management practices.
• Familiarity with regulated industry environments and compliance-driven operational processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment movements, coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers, and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery execution.
• Serve as the key logistics contact for distributors and internal departments including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Manage permit applications and documentation processes for regulated products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate new product code creation activities and maintain relevant master data records, checklists, and documentation.
• Support procurement activities, manage product-related supplies, and oversee complaint logs and quality follow-up actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers, sample conversions, branch distribution activities, and monitor service providers against agreed performance indicators.
• Validate logistics and distribution invoices, prepare operational reports, and support product shortage and inventory reporting requirements.
• Lead stock count activities, perform stock reconciliations, monitor system interfaces, and prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
