The successful candidate will support end-to-end logistics, inventory control, distributor management, compliance reporting, and operational coordination activities. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient product distribution, regulatory compliance, stock integrity, and service excellence across the supply chain network.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment movements, coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers, and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery execution.
- Serve as the key logistics contact for distributors and internal departments including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Manage permit applications and documentation processes for regulated products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate new product code creation activities and maintain relevant master data records, checklists, and documentation.
- Support procurement activities, manage product-related supplies, and oversee complaint logs and quality follow-up actions.
- Coordinate stock transfers, sample conversions, branch distribution activities, and monitor service providers against agreed performance indicators.
- Validate logistics and distribution invoices, prepare operational reports, and support product shortage and inventory reporting requirements.
- Lead stock count activities, perform stock reconciliations, monitor system interfaces, and prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in logistics, distribution operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
- Knowledge of importation processes, customs clearance procedures, and distributor management practices.
- Familiarity with regulated industry environments and compliance-driven operational processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
