Job summary

NEXTGEN ATTIRE SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Logistics professional to support our logistics and supply chain operations in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics administration.

You will coordinate delivery schedules, maintain inventory records, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams while preparing orders and invoices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics or administrative roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
