Job summary

Hong Leong Assurance Berhad is seeking a Policy Administration professional based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, to manage policy administration, coordinate data and system setup, and support business users with issue resolution.

Responsibilities include evaluating application functionality, conducting UAT, preparing test scripts, and communicating fixes to stakeholders. A degree in business or computer science with 1–3 years’ experience and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in policy administration or insurance.
• Solid understanding of Life Insurance processes and product development cycle.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Simulate and investigate application functionality related issues raised by business user.
• Check and clarify the application/data/setup issues highlighted by business user.
• Raise system request via eHelpline to rectify error and follow up with vendor/ISD for error resolution.
• Perform UAT on system behaviour to confirm current functionality and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare SCR based on business requirement and track progress after release from KIV to production.
• Prepare test scripts & test plan prior to UAT to ensure completeness of scenarios.
• Update test scripts and document test results for supervisor review.
• Prepare user manual/user guide for new functionality.
• Communicate fixes promoted into production to business users with clear system behaviour description.
