Job summary

Hong Leong Assurance Berhad is seeking a business analyst to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT systems. You will translate business needs into system requirements, prepare test cases, and conduct UAT to ensure expected results.

You will interact with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors, and contribute to system transformation including data migration. The role also includes creating user guides and delivering system briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Good understanding of Life Insurance industry and its operational processes.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as business analyst with UAT involvement or related life insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Discuss with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Prepare test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing; document results.
• Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Participate in Core System Transformation including data migration and testing.
• Provide user guides and system training to stakeholders.
