Setia Awan Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Tenancy Admin professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will centralize tenancy administration, review lease documents, update the tenancy system, and coordinate renewals while ensuring accurate data and timely payments.

The role requires coordinating with Finance and leasing teams, handling POS integration, and maintaining efficient filing. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business Admin, Marketing, Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in leasing, tenancy administration or related industry.
• Own transport and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Positive mindset, committed, proactive and able to work both in a team and independently.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency required for client/partner communication.

Responsabilités

• Review all lease documentation and coordinate centralized tenancy admin support.
• Update, upkeep and generate tenancy documents (TA, LOO) and manage renewals.
• Monitor tenancy data in property management system and ensure accuracy.
• Administer POS integration with centers and tenant rental collection; generate reports.
• Liaise with Finance on TA documents and payments; assist daily leasing operations.
• Monitor monthly rental collection and ensure timely payments; prepare original receipts for billing.
